Baseline Measurement
Before we start we need a good baseline. We want a clear understanding of where you are at right now. What you can do right now, what you can't do right now. What are obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your best self? How healthy are you right now? We will do this through an extensive questionnaire and an intake call. When we get all the information we need, we can start the process of creating an individualised health plan that will take you, step-by-step, to the next level.
Foundation
For the first 12 weeks, we will work on your foundation. Sustainable change needs a solid foundation and the first 12 weeks will be focused on exactly this. Building a solid foundation where we learn what works for you, what doesn't work for you. After these 12 weeks, we will have a great view of who you are, what works, and how we can supercharge your strengths to get even better results.
Improve
After the foundational period, it's time to double down and refine our process to make sure you will get the best results possible. This 12 week process will transform you from your old self into a new, better version.
